No energy today...

WOD: Prison Workout

10 Burpees
20 Box Jumps 24"
30 Pushups
40 Air squats
50 Lunges

30 Situps

No breakfast this a. m. and it definitely showed bc I was suppose to complete 3-5 rounds of that workout. I was dead tired!!! No fuel!! I will make-up for it later.
